INCHGARTH PHOENIX CLUBS MON & THURS.
Inchgarth delivers two voluntary lead social clubs of excellence for adults with learning or physical disabilities.
Our Monday 7-9pm club is a buzzing social club with pool, snooker, games consoles, art club, boccia, new age curling, board games, cafe, entertainment, discos, shows, special treats, and above all great friendships being forged.
In order to join this club we must speak to support workers, care managers, or family members in order to learn of each individuals needs. Inchgarth does not provide any support and people must be completely independent to attend un-supported, otherwise support must be provided for people to enjoy the Phoenix clubs.
Our Thursday club from 1-3pm is quieter but equally as fun. Lots of people enjoy lunch before the club or join in with other wonderful activities, then enjoy pool, snooker, board games, cafe, and art club at the Phoenix club 2.
The clubs cost £2 to attend, and all attendees must be a member for £10 for the year.

SENIOR CITIZENS 55+
We have a really exciting range of activities for people aged 55+ at the centre ranging from bingo, social clubs, pensioners clubs, bowling, knitting, art groups, IT classes, coffee mornings, exercise classes, Tai chi, trips, and more. We also have a significant outreach programme in 9 sheltered housing complexes in the city where Inchgarth supports those most isolated elsewhere in Garthdee and across the south of Aberdeen.
